In order to obtain a NYS Premise License in Westchester County, you must successfully complete a Basic Pistol Safety course from a Certified NRA Instructor. Completion of this course will allow an applicant to apply for the Premise License Only, (Not a Carry Concealed License). This course includes “full-service” application assistance which offers professionally typed firearms application, passport size photos, notary public services, photocopies, and additional typed letters. In lower New York State, the cost of this course alone is an average of $150.00. Therefore, $300.00 for Full-Service is definitely worth it!!
